Strategy + Systems

I build the strategies and organizational systems that help cultural work become sustainable, responsive, and actionable.

My practice connects research, strategic planning, audience development, fundraising, communications, institutional knowledge, and implementation. I help organizations understand what is happening, decide what matters, and create structures that people can continue to use.

This work can take the form of organizational leadership or consulting to provide evaluation frameworks, fundraising systems, audience development plans, or practical support for responsibly approaching and adopting AI at an operational level.

How I Work

I begin by understanding the knowledge, relationships, evidence, constraints, and competing interpretations already present. I synthesize the patterns, gaps, dependencies, risks, and decisions that matter. From there, I build a practical strategy, system, workflow, framework, or implementation structure—and establish the measures, documentation, feedback, and ownership needed for the work to adapt over time.
