Sometimes the useful intervention is AI. Sometimes it is a clearer process, better documentation, a more connected database, or fuller use of tools the organization already has. The work begins with your mission, your people, and how the work actually happens.
My work begins by understanding how an organization already functions. From there, I identify friction and opportunities, design practical improvements, and support lasting adoption through thoughtful systems, documentation, and human-centered implementation.

I begin by examining where a process starts, who touches it, what gets copied or reconstructed, where information becomes hard to find, and where staff are compensating for inadequate systems. You do not need to arrive with a defined technology project. A recurring frustration is enough to begin.

Many organizations are paying for tools they barely use or have access to features they have never turned on. I research what is already available, what can be improved without a major purchase, and which low-cost changes could save time or strengthen continuity.

When AI is useful, I help define bounded applications, approved information sources, privacy and accuracy practices, human-review checkpoints, and clear responsibility for final decisions. I also identify where AI should not be used.

Add-Ons + Ongoing Support
Engagements can include additional interviews, workflow assessments, operating procedures, staff workshops, board presentations, starter AI-use guidance, policy recommendations, extra revision cycles, or post-engagement optimization. Add-ons generally begin at $125, with most focused additions between $200 and $600.
Prepaid ongoing support is available after an assessment, implementation, or onboarding phase, beginning at $450 per month. Software, travel, extensive data cleanup or migration, and third-party expenses are scoped separately.
Build on Completed Work
When you move into a directly related next phase, I carry forward current research, decisions, and approved deliverables so you do not pay to repeat work that is already complete. Your organization owns its accounts, data, documentation, automations, and finished system.
I am willing to recommend that you simplify a process, keep using an existing tool, postpone a technology purchase, or avoid AI when that is the responsible answer.
